This is Jon Standing Bear, a.k.a. Super-Chief, from 52. He is made from the body of an Indy rookie Hellboy, the legs of a Bron, and the forearms of a Mon-El, with greenstuff for his helm and other details. The horns on the helm are scraps I had, specifically a bit from the end of Sydney Savage's whip and the end of Hellboy's tail, and his belt-buckle emblem comes from Vixen. Super-Chief is on a rookie Spider-Man dial from Ultimates, representing his inexperience and displaying his powers: "the strength of a thousand bears" (super strength), "the speed of a thousand running deer" (um, decent movement values), "the keen senses of the wolf nation" (super senses), and "the power in his legs to leap higher than the tallest trees in the forest" (leap/climb). As for the 4 range, well, you can't have everything.
