This is the newest version of Aquagirl, Lorena Marquez, member of the Teen Titans. She is made from the head and legs of the Mutant Mayhem Dagger and the upper body of the Origin Supergirl, then placed atop Aqualad's water splash, which is accented with some greenstuff under her feet. Since she is on the Teen Titans and has similar powers, she gets Aqualad's dial from Crisis.
