This is Scott Summers after he lost his optic blasts in Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men. He is composed of a body from Mr. Terrific with the head of a Gotham Undercover and right hand from an Arclight. His dial is that of the Universe reprint of Xplosion's experienced Storm, giving him leadership, perplex, and 0 range, plus some stealth and incapacitate that, though they don't necessarily make the dial more accurate, at least don't make it any less accurate.
