This is Jim Rook, a.k.a. Nightmaster, prior to his slight costume change at the beginning of the Shadowpact series. He has the Icons promo Batman's body, with the head of a Kobra Fanatic, the sword (and right hand) of a Black Knight, and a Spoiler cape, plus greenstuff for the rock and other details. He is on an experienced Bron dial from Indy. I had to decide what to do about the belt since it appears in at least three color schemes, but I decided to go with the red-on-silver since I thought it would look best.
