The first of three mods of the Hanna-Barbera Super Friends, this is Black Vulcan (or Super Volt). I originally conceived of this mod using part of the transparent yellow dragon from Power Ring as his lower half, but after considering the Thunderbolt sculpt from Johnny Thunder, I figured it was pretty much perfect even if I couldn't end up with the right transparent color. Even his head works with the lightning removed from the forehead and a couple greenstuff triangles added. He also gets a couple bits of lightning from Lightning Lad added to his hands.

Vulcan's dial is that of the LE Monica Rambeau from Sinister. He has the Avengers team ability, equivalent to Justice League, some lower-movement hypersonic speed to represent him flying around with his legs electrified, then toward the end of his dial he does a bit of his energy form as his movement increases up to a 13 with hypersonic speed. Perhaps the phasing on his first click is also due to his pure energy form…

…in his pants.
