This is Shayera Hol from the Justice League Unlimited animated series, as she appeared in the later seasons after she stopped using the name Hawkgirl. She has legs from a Polaris, a torso (with wings and arms) from a Hawkgirl, and a head from Mary Marvel. I originally attempted a more complicated plan involving the Origin Hawkman's wings and different arms, but once the parts were ready it became obvious that that plan would have serious problems in assembly with likely little visual improvement.

Shayera was previously played on an experienced Hawkman dial or the LE Carter Hall dial, both from Origin. With Brightest Day, Hawkgirl finally has a dial worthy of having her name on it, so with a flight stand and a custom card, the mod moves to its new home.
