This is Goldstar, otherwise known as Booster Gold's sister Michelle Carter. Since she has joined her brother as a Time Master, I figured I'd mod her so that the two could team up. She is made from a promo Atom Eve with a haircut and some greenstuff. Due to her powers' similarities to Booster's, she is usually on an experienced Origin Booster Gold dial, representing her relative inexperience while also fitting best onto a team with the other Time Masters.
