The second in my epic series of two Doom Patrol mods. Since WizKids hasn't seen fit to make a Negative Man yet, I figured I had to do the job, based on his "World War I chic" look from the Giffen series. His main body is based on Cave Carson, with the head swapped for Negative Woman's and green stuff for most of the waders and suspenders. The energy form starts with the tail from Negative Woman's energy form, attached to the upper body of Living Laser and the head of a promo Abin Sur, green stuff to fill in the gaps, and some energy from an Ultimates Electro. The dial was a pretty easy choice: he just gets the dial of a Negative Woman to give him the right powers, team ability, and keywords.
