To go with his companion Flamebird, this is Chris Kent in his guise as Nightwing after he merged with his namesake. He is made from an Abin Sur (the promo version) and the head of a Hammer of Thor Marvel Boy. I've added some greenstuff to Crisis Mary Marvel's lightning to form Nightwing's shadows. As for the dial, I almost went with an experienced Origin Martian Manhunter until I took a look at the non-Skrull version of Captain Mar-Vell from Secret Invasion. His Warden power is a great match for Nightwing, so I eventually figured I had to use the dial if I could explain a few things like pulse wave and the S.H.I.E.L.D. team ability, which I think I've done. The Skrull duplicate mechanic even provided an unusual opportunity to explain the team ability right on the card: it represents Nightwing and Flamebird working as a team.
