Due to a sudden urge to play a team based on the Channel 52 News team currently appearing weekly in DC comics, I went back to the awesome 2009 Power Girl series and got right on this version of occasional Bronze Age Superman ally Vartox. The basic formula is pretty simple, with classic arms akimbo Justice League rare Superman with some greenstuff added, plus a head from the smiling Sinister Kraven. The "Foom finger" addition was a happy discovery, as I had to come up with a way to deal with Superman's foot positioning. So what better way to demonstrate one's masculinity than standing atop the giant finger of one's most recent kill? The dial was picked to be similarly over-the-top, with extra dice and extra punches courtesy of the Avengers Movie rare Iron Man dial.
